I made this off the fantastic Rainmeter by Blackeye- beast.  I just made it into a Conky Config to my Liking.
This is made for Conky manager
Instructions
Fonts in Zip file 
To install the Conky  script, extract the archive and put the extracted folder in ~/conky-manager/themes/, making sure the included fonts are also installed. 

Made for the following Distros 
Debian
Linux
Mint
Arch
Ubuntu
