Sketch: Princess Cadance and Shining Armor Day

After about one hour and forty-seven minutes of grueling freehanding (plus some photo-taking), I have the groundwork for my new drawing! You can thank my perfectionism for taking that long. Although my striving to be perfect can help me make good quality works, I'm teaching myself that it's alright to mess up a little. For example, I made a small error with Cadance that offset some of her features a little, but I ain't stressin'!
Soon, I'll bust out a Sharpie and some Crayola markers to breath life into this; I can't wait!   

This drawing is based of off a scene from the season 2 finale, part 2. This was literally frames before the two characters' love for each other unleashed a love-splosion that casted out the evil changelings. Love is a pretty powerful thing!
