Seeing someone uncritically endorse Rowling's franchise in 2026 is just wild to me, especially given its openly racist elements. I don't normally make video essays (usually written essays or one-take react vids without visual aids), but here I make an exception: responding to The Birdman grifting moderately in his "Exposing the Grift: Harry Potter and the Curious Case of Black Snape":

tl;dr - Chozologist reductively isolates a broader theme in Metroid (man vs nature), one that needs a less eco-fascist and more dialectical-material approach
