Fallout 4: The Paper Mirror

Here is a screenshot of a note for the Sole Survivor inside the Museum of Witchcraft near Salem.

While in the Museum of Witchcraft after dealing with the Deathclaw that was in the building, the Sole Survivor found a note written by someone that predicted how the Sole Survivor upon finding the note and his future. It told him to go to the Dugout Inn where he'll find a bounty notice for a Raider named Zane.
