Description

the Stormy Dragon loves when it rains in Webkinz World! this is technically my third time drawing the stormy dragon but i can never resist a doodle when i see it in lists of webkinz. the lightning bolt horns and iridescent fabric are so fun and cool, i wish i had one in my collection! hope you like the drawing!
