This is a villain pic I wanted to do for a while. Its a member of one of the villain groups from City of Heroes (my one addiction besides Loxy). This Villain group grafts mechanical and electronic parts on to their bodies. Their back story even says they have to get someone to help the eat and poop. Full view recommended
