Sprite Terms of Use - Revision 01/07/2021

Decided to upload this as a Deviation and slap this at the front page of the featured for all eternity. I dislike the literature, journal and status being filed under their own and I would like to have the option to feature journals in the "Featured" folder. Regardless, this will be update when anything get's changed and a notification will be sent out.

These Terms and labeled as CURRENT. Any updates will be noted and the outdated Terms will be moved below and if you have notifications set up, a notification of an update will be sent out.

Sprite Rules: 

• Please follow the information box included on the upload for the sprites. Information box has precedent over upload description.

• If the upload DOES NOT have an information box. Please refer to the description as older uploads may have the Terms included in the description.

• If the above DOES NOT apply. Feel free to use without a credit.

• You CAN use my sprite in your works! (Should go without saying)

• You CAN use parts my sprites in your own works! A credit for the original work would be appreciated somewhere on the upload or description. Feel free to @ SpaceG92

• You CANNOT re-upload my sprites as a proxy or redistribution. Doing so WILL get you reported.

• DO NOT upload my sprites and claim them as your own.

I am always happy to see what my sprites are used for! Feel free to @ SpaceG92 (no space between the @). Its a very small community, especially on here so let's all have fun together!

This should REALLY go without saying.  If the image has a box or a disclaimer on the bottom of the deviation asking for a credit if used. Feel free to use to your hearts content! Just DO NOT claim them as your own! That's all that's required. If you don't credit back, no real big harm done. I'd just like to know what my sprites are being used for and I wouldn't mind seeing some creative images with it.  

However, if you use a part of my sprite for a custom, I would like a credit in the description or on the image. Just something to mention that - hey, I used something of yours because <reason>. Don't take that as an excuse not to credit though, I mean, it takes less then 5 seconds. It's a V-E-R-Y small community on here, we can recognize each others works.

Absolutely NO re-uploads! You, CANNOT re-upload my sprite work to your account as a form of redistribution! This should really go without saying.  

Expect an edit of this later on, whenever, to make it more formal. Just throwing this out there now.
