Excited to be working on this, actually its my motivation to construct the costume! It may not look like much of an outfit lol, but it will still take a bit of time to make XD

Well, you used enough material to sew a top and a skirt and it still doesn't cover almost anything. Fashion designers would be proud.

Rocky doesnt have the power herself, it comes from her trident, actually she used it in the comic here [link] and the outfit is just an outfit lol

well, if you can fly tying ones legs together is still relatively practical fashion. kinda reminds me of the fannon character I created who could sense things without looking at them, so he kept his eyes covered all the time..
On the same note, there was a Grigbertz pic of a super-powerful psionicist from Planescape being paraded around in an upright hogtie on a plate, by a somewhat lesser-powered druid. The assumption was that she was so powerful she could go around sigil like that and nobody would dare try to kidnap her. So its sorta in the same vein, I suppose.
