Your eyes are getting really good, as is your horse style overall, methinks. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> You continue to make the extravagant, anime-esque crazy hair of MLP characters look really good too - I like how you can see individual strands/areas in Pinkie's hair coming up from her forehead, looks realistic. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

I'll point out a minor nitpick, as well as a general suggestion, seeing as we are transitioning into a new year for you as an artist. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

The upper part of Pinkie's closest leg has more border than it needs, especially on the top - right now it looks as if her leg is a separate piece that was attached, rather than a leg that actually protrudes from the body. It's a bit of a nitpick, as I've seen artists who do this style on purpose during the sketch and lineart phase, but it bugs me personally. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="93" title="XD"/>

For the future, I'd say you should focus on continuing to advance your background skills. You still have a lot of great characters and blank white canvases, and it feels like missed opportunity for me.
