Always wanted to do an Ultimecia fan art, she has to be one of the most under appreciated characters of all time (she is the final boss in FF8 for those who dont know)
I took a few liberties as usual according to my taste, but the general look is pretty similar
I might draw her final form too later, I think its one of the best looking "monsters" ever and for some reason no one does it
