I think Chadwick is irreplaceable, but I like one of the suggestions I've seen floating around online - Shuri could take the mantle of Black Panther (similarly to how Falcon is carrying on the Captain America legacy)... and Shuri became Black Panther in the comics, so it'd make sense!
