This is an hour long drawing from la figure drawing session in Chillingham, Newcastle last Saturday. Model 'Haz', medium ball point pen on cartridge paper, finished it off a bit in photoshop. My friend [link]

great use of cross hatching, a dying art these days.

thanks, I am sure Cross hatching will be around for as long as drawing is, just because it is one of those fundamental techniques, me I had to get into it because I like drawing with pen, whereas pencil allows a lot more smudgy and lightly coloured in approaches.
