SFxT Awakening

As noted on my Tumblr for the WIP version (sonkitty.tumblr.com/post/11004…):
I traced the structure from a Street Fighter x Tekken cinematic trailer screenshot and based a lot of the colors on that screenshot too though I changed his wings to be black like his standard Devil Form as a opposed to the glass.

This was made using Paint Tool SAI. I used the curve tool for the lineart and watercolor and blur tools to blend the colors. I did the method I've tried and failed horribly before where you shade everything first and then add color. I realized a very simple misunderstanding I had from Genzoman's tutorial I initially used as guidance for the method.

I'm hoping to make more Jin wallpapers to add to my own desktop slide show theme, but it's a daunting task so no promises. There's a downloadable 1920 x 1080 size for anyone else interested.
