Term of uses and Service

This  may be updated, added to or changed in the future.

Please read carefully.

1. Credit me for any design you get from me the first time you use it.

2. Please do not send payment until I ask you to. I don't have friend and fam option in my country only pp invoice if I ask you to do that that's clearly scammer

3. You can trade my designs if you want. (This includes sales/customs, design trades and gifts.) but do not sell them to people who's on the blacklist

Trading and Giftin design have no cool down unless trade for money in any cases

4. You can resell for the same price you paid (plus the cost of any additional art.)

please resell  1 month after received the design aka. cool down ( apply to all owners / all time reselling not just first buyer )

5. Do not trade or resell my designs to anyone who has been blacklisted.

6. You can change designs you get from me however you want like changing species [ keep in mind that designs should be at least 50 % from the original ], but you must still credit me for the original design.

7. Do not claim a design or bid on a design when you know you can't afford it. Emergencies happen but repeated claim and bid retractions will result in strikes and eventual bans.

8. Don't copy or trace.

9.The price is for personal uses only if you want to use my design commercially the price will be

2.5 x price for streaming

4 x for merchandise

10.Please do not use for NFT

11.For commercial uses,If it base used  I suggest you to draw/commission my designs, instead of use it right away.

12. DO NOT USE MY ARTS FOR AI TRAINING 

13. FOR TOYHOUSE " Do not HIDE the adoptable from me, you can lock them for others but not from me as the creator "

14. For personal uses, every designs are allowed

- renaming

- change species [ just keep it recognisable] if resell you may not keep the re-species, it shall re-sell as whole

- use as character / bosses / obstacles in DND / homebrew dnd campaigne as long as it's not commercial

- make an human based from the design [ just keep it recognisable] if resell you may not keep the design , it shall re-sell as whole

Holds Policy

I will hold a design for up to 24 hours maximum or more if request and you have enough credit [ regular customer / kofi member ], unless it is stated in my description that cannot be holds on a particular set.

 If you know me for personal ( known clients / friends )can be up to 7 days

If you'd like me to hold, just ask and I will be happy to do so.

If a set is particularly small, I may only allow one hold per a person or no hold, please ask first.

If you do not get back to me within 24 hours and someone else requests to purchase the design, the design will sell it to the next buyer instead.

I will only do holds on flat price designs or OTA and Auction autobuys. I will not do holds for bids, offers, custom slots or gachas.

Custom Refusal and Refund Clause

If I feel I can't adequately fulfill your custom order, I will refuse it.

If at any time during the custom designing process, I feel I can't complete or change your order to your liking, I will refund you.

If the custom post said that the work will be slow, I mean it. It's slow 

please noted that I'm still studying and don't have much free time 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I work according to my own pace, please do not rush me. No deadline unless you apply for a rush order.

Rush order and cms will ALWAYS pause on all my faculty exam period

Rush orders mean that you can skip the queue, I will work on the same day for up to 3 weeks. For now, I only do rush orders for a design . You will have to pay a percentage of the total order.

3 days delivery - +100% of the total amount

5 days delivery- +70% of the total amount

1 week delivery - +50% of the total amount

2 weeks delivery - +30% of the total amount

3 weeks delivery - +20% of the total amount

Please give me at least 4 days - 1 month to finish your order once I got to your slot. It may take longer depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, my exams and study, or family issues.

The full resolution of the image will be sent through email or toyhouse upon completion.
Late Response/Payment Policy

If you fail to respond to me or pay for a design in a timely manner, I will not hesitate to sell a design to the next buyer.

Repeated instances of this behavior can land you on my blacklist.

Please be ready to pay when you claim a design, or request a hold if you are not.

Co-Ownership Policy

- co ownership is allowed but please ask first before buying

- co ownership will allowed 2 co-owners / design

- the buyer must inform the co-owners names / social media
