I've expanded out to these medias at last after all these years. Now you'll get a constant stream of daily artwork from me from these sources. Even if it's just a sketch.

Hey ya'll, started a project to turn my complete sci fi novel into an audio book! I'M INSANE.

LINK

It's a young adult novel with some adult themes, so some of these roles are only available for adults. I'll paste over the description of the project from Casting Call Club:

Novel description

A Sci Fi fantasy about Mallissa Kugly, an every day librarian one day, the next waking up queen of the entire galaxy of Crimson River. With such unwarrented responsibility, she must come to terms with her new role and her mysterious new abilities quickly as she unravels a deep plot of hate and despair.

A novel with a strong, real, female lead and dynamic cast of characters. Real people who happen to live in a Sci Fi universe.

Bringing it to life

I'm gathering a cast to bring this book to life for people who simply don't have the time to sit down and read a whole novel.  I'll fulfill a few roles and be mixing all the audio together.

A sample audio (Please forgive me, I'd rusty with sound acting, lol, and I am not a right fit for Cambia. Please do not copy how I did Cambia) A scene between Cambia Seh and Selim far into the book: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/70…

Payment for Mallissa

Most of these roles are voluntary, whoever wants to have a good time and work with me bring my barf of imagination to life.

However, I know both Mallissa roles are very demanding and take up a vast majority of the book. One being the main narrator of the story, and the other the main protagonist. I'm not a rich man, lol, but I am willing to pay a commission of $50 to each of the Mallissa roles and a thank you for their hard work. It's not good pay, but it's what I can give.

The author

My name is Tim "J" Campbell, and my job by trade is a comic artist. I'm currently the art editor for an online fan comic called "Archie Sonic Online, a fan continuation." archiesoniconline.com/board/in…

I have an ATA degree in digital media. The degree also had focus on story structure and paradigm to truly understand plot, characters, and what makes a dynamic, great story. My strengths are in developing characters and dialogue.

I have extensive experience in working with people and in teams. To promote creativity and let the art develop dynamically.

Further details

The novel itself is around 86,000 words. It has Christian themes, but not preachy. It is a Sci Fi novel which simply has certain assumptions based on Christian beliefs.

I'd prefer, but not require, we'd communicate with each other over Skype to keep connected and give quick reviews of lines and answer questions. I'm on PST and will try to make myself available as much as possible.

Thanks, guys, for the birthday wishes! As I always remind, Dec 1st isn't necessarily my birth DAY, but it indicates December is my birth MONTH, as I don't openly share my exact birthday.

I have been working with a lot of artwork flying around over here, which is why I've been so absent. After I went to a Craft Fair last month, I've gotten really busy with the aftermath.

That, and operating my NEW BUSINESS! I bought my own business license. Have a business debit card and everything. Figuring out the taxes and how to keep records of everything has eaten so much of my time. It's nuts!

Thanks for letting me know you guys are thinking of me. Maddy, I just may take you up on that offer, that's very sweet of you. ^^

Archie Sonic Online is a massive fan community devoted to continuing the old Archie universe pre-genesis wave. No disrespect to Archie. We just feel there are still stories left to tell and arcs to be finished.

Mobius Legends is a collection of "test stories" that are not canon, but practice up to the release of the main story. Each test story is written by a talented individual fan writer.

Oh my goodness...So you guys know I've been working for Archie Sonic Online as an artist for a while now. A lot of fun, very glad to be a part of the project. archiesoniconline.com/main/ind…

I don't know...exactly how it happened, but this week, one of the directors of the comic approached me. He asked me to become the Art Editor of the whole comic!

Art Editor! We have editors already placed on specific stories, but in Shadow Imperator's words: "In Tim "J"'s case specifically, nobody on staff knew the ins and outs of the artistic process so it made sense to find someone who did."

So...I'm the Art Editor for Archie Sonic Online now. Wow, what an honor. A lot of pressure, to. o_o

Sonic J, why so inactive!? D:

Lol, because progress! I'm swirling around doing different projects. Mostly, I've been doing work for the fan comic Archie Sonic Online. The deadlines are a little lax right now for their 'test stories,' so I'm getting to ink a couple of their comics and I'm drawing for one of their comics.

I wish I could show you the pages, but the closest I can get is to post up a comic cover I drew for them, which I'll do sometime today. The rest I'm reluctant to post up for obvious reasons. XD It's terrible, I wanna show you guys so bad.

Well other than that, I've been poking around the professional comic industries trying to break my way into the bigger comic book scene. Archie is of course on top of that list, but I've also poked at the legendary IDW, the bold Valiant, the audacious Blind Ferret, and other incredible publishing comic companies I'd be so happy to art for.

Wish me luck. If any of you are religious out there, pray for my career, lol.

So this is the comic I did within a month for my fellow oddball Searnold. It's a short 9 page drama comedy where a man named Martin has a hard choice to make...and it may just be his end. O_o

Lol, check it out, guys, let me know what you think of it. Searnold wrote it, I did all the pencils, inks, and colors. He put in the words: www.completelydifferentcomics.…

Make sure to check out Searnold's other comics also. He's got a cool little collection of comics made by other independent comic artists out there.

So I recently found a fan community called Archie Sonic Online. Their mission is to take the old Sonic Archie universe and finish up stories left open and need to be wrapped up, based on the unpublished scripts being released by Ian Flynn. They're trying to do it without loosing the quality of the artwork. The comic they just released? It looks like it came straight out of Archie...it's incredible.

I am inking one of their comics. Go check these guys out, this is an amazing project: archiesoniconline.com/main/ind…

Join Me is a completely free service you can jump right into. No sign up, no info, no mic, and no webcam required. Just jump in and change your name.

I will be on a mic, but you do not have to. You can talk back to me through the text chat. ----->IF YOU WANT TO HEAR MY MIC: Ordinarily, you can just join in through the browser, and you still can. But to hear my mic, you will have to either join in on Google Chrome or do a quick download of the small, unassuming Join Me client. It takes like ten seconds to download it, it's no big deal.

Rrrrright,. In about ten minutes, I'll be posting up that link. If you want to download the Join Me client early, here's a link to the website: www.join.me/
I'm gonna be doing Helena Hummingbird's model sheet. If I have time afterword, maybe I'll do some requests also.
