RG 1/144 Zaku II

This is the Real Grade 1/144 Zaku II. 🙂 This was one of the first Real Grade kits to have come out, and was released back in 2011. Despite being one of the much earlier Real Grade kits, this kit has withstood the test of time very well, and is easily still one of the best 1/144 Zaku IIs on the market. The build isn’t too difficult, but there a few loose fitting pieces that you’ll want to consider gluing. Because this is supposed to be like a scaled down version of the Master Grade Zaku II, the tubes on the head, waist, and legs are assembled the exact same way. If you do it the way the instructions recommend, though, you’ll find them much easier to manage. You get a few extra tube segments, which is good because they can be very easy to loose is you drop one or something while working on this kit. Trust me, I know from experience. 😅 All in all, this is a really nice Zaku, and I’m glad to finally have it in my collection. 🙂 If you like the Zaku II, enjoy building Real Grade kits, or you’re a loyal supporter (or fan XD) of the Principality of Zeon, I definitely recommend this kit. 🙂
