Premier Edition Voyager Class Optimus Prime

This is the "Transformers: The Last Knight" Premier Edition Voyager Class Optimus Prime figure. Originally, I hadn't planned on picking up this figure, but once I saw it in person at my local ToysRus store, I just could not resist getting him. I'm glad that I did, too. This is an absolutely beautiful figure in my opinion! While it does have it's flaws, like the lack of rotation in the wrists (the hands don't rotate at all), I'm still really loving the look of this figure. It's a very good representation of Optimus, and Hasbro fixed some of the issues that people (myself included) had with the Leader Class version from Age of Extinction. A big issue that I had with that figure was the huge back section of the vehicle mode turning into this huge backpack looking part that got in the way of a lot of the poseability of the figure, and while this new Voyager Class version does have a bit of a backpack still, it's not even remotely as bad, and it doesn't get in the way of any of the poseability. Transforming him to his vehicle mode can be kind of tedious at first, but you practice the transformation a few times, it gets easier. All in all, this is an awesome figure, and I absolutely recommend picking it up for your collection!
