Description
This is the High Grade 1/144 Michaelis. 🙂 Unfortunately, little data is available about this mobile suit. The Michaelis comes to us from Mobile Suit Gundam The Witch From Mercury, and was developed by the Grassley Company to be piloted by Shaddiq Zenelli. The right arm has been replaced with a Beam Bracer that utilizes Anti-GUND format technology.
This is a pretty nice kit, and a very straightforward built. I really like the sort of knightly appearance of this one. I kind of wish that Bandai had held off the release of this kit until later into the series so that it could have included the lance weapon it uses later in the anime. The build is mostly pretty solid, but I have noticed that the head loosens if you fiddle with it too much, but since you can just push it back in, it’s not that big a deal. The thing I HATED about this build was applying the sticker decals inside the Beam Bracer. I’m really not good at applying stickers like those ones.
Overall, this is a pretty good kit. The simplicity of the build makes it good for beginners, and also fun for builders of all skill ranges. If Shaddiq is your favorite character from The Witch From Mercury, or you’re like me and you enjoy a good knight themed mobile suit, this is the kit for you. 🙂

I have an idea. The witch from Mercury just ended. A popular anime you tuber are starting to do Iron Blood Orphans episodes reactions for his next showing on a weekly base. Since you barely touched IBO kits in the past. I think if you do the same for the IBO kits like you did with WFM, I think you may get more watchers coming to your channel since there is a lot of variety of IBO kits suit that you can do review on even if you are just looking at season 1. And there is a season 2 of it that already came out. The IBO kits are cheap compared to WFM. I believe it will bring you more traffic to your DA channel and I definitely like to see you build those kits as well and give them a good review.
