An experiment of sorts. According to nature documentaries, snakes do not actually unhinge their jaws. Rather, the tip of their jaws splits apart and rides over the prey as they are eating. Most of the stretchiness that we see comes from the floor of the mouth, not the sides. Based on this little tidbit, I was kind of curious what it would look like if the same idea were applied to a human mouth. So it goes~
If only we humans really had serpent-like capabilities... *sighh* very realistic design.
Sweet! It really does resemble the way a snake's lower jaw can stretch to three times the width of its head to engulf prey.
That's a rad idea. I really like how you take such anatomy in mind when drawing things like this. Makes them look more believable and has some sweet sense of body horror to it.
Ooh, this sounds super interesting. It looks interesting too. This could be applied to a lot of vore works, especially naga-based ones.
