Alice Miller was a pre-med student at Easthaven College, which is situated just north of Luna City in Crescent County when she was involved in the "Old Pine Woods Incident" in October, 1995 (See File # F56937). After the course of the incident, investigation and events that followed, Alice was shown to have developed or been gifted considerable psychic talent alongside her compatriot, Jennifer Walker. (See File # P77829) She was shortly after recruited by lead agent Sadie Wilde and has remained part of Avalon since.

Alice Miller has been able to exhibit the ability to telepathically read the thoughts, and more importantly, memories of individuals when desired, though the latter takes some effort with her going into a trance. She has also shown the ability to mesmerize other individuals via her mind, her eyes and an amber-colored crystal she wears around her neck that was apparently received or acquired after the "Old Pine Woods Incident". The exact nature of the crystal and it's source remains under investigation (See File # ID99223). Alice states she is able to also use this aforementioned crystal as a "focal point" for her energies, much like the crystal worn by Jennifer Walker. She also, when dressed in civilian attire, prefers to wear certain matching jewelry as seen in this photo with the earring to "enhance" the effect of the crystal when used to mesmerize individuals. Other abilities of note include increasing manifestations of telekinesis that Alice has utilized on several occasions, including manifesting as force shields and also to propel or shatter heavy objects.

Currently, Alice has been sent to Luna City, Maryland alongside other task force agents to investigate increased activities of concern in the city and surrounding territory (See File # S33531). Agents are recommending to make contact with individuals Patricia O'Brien and Jericho Saito who may be involved with recent developments in the city, more to follow.
