A big shoutout to an amazing Norwegian woman, Vilde aka @wellowr ! [EMOTE] And I know some great people in Tier 2... @TheWildhoney (Finland) and @Anaflowerheart and @CaptainMMC (Canada though they may not be Atlantic Canada). I know people in the UK but I do not think they live in rural locations.
More and more, my time on DeviantArt feels like a bad marriage. I have some experience in a failed marriage. The misconception we sometimes hold onto is that, as bad as it can feel, that it's possible to turn it around. Ignoring the multitude of failures. In the case of the marriage, a clean break was necessary. Scaling that to DeviantArt, I see walking away is not the clean break, rather it is the equivalent of turning it around mentality. The clean break comes from shutting the account down completely. Typically, I would not consider this because of the purchases made here. Recently, though, after a couple of days where... Well, I will redact the details... Physiological effects were impacted by the emotional state of self-loathing. It's not something I care to revisit. The physiological effects, that is. I'm not saying I'm considering shutting down, but neither am I dismissing as an option... Though it is not preferable. Ideally, I should just walk away.
I anticipate renaming this page sometime this week as the Goblin is not a big part of what I do anymore.
