Wyvern Flight

A follow up to Patrol Flight... this time with a wyvern... with my OC Turquoise in the form of a wyvern (which she would not approve of, I suspect, as she is typically a dragon).

And this was inspired by @Liathlotus who once saw me try to pass a wyvern off as a dragon and she would not less that pass. So a toast for the gal down under who insists on integrity from the deviants who dabble in fantasy...

And a more dynamic pose than in Patrol Flight.

Dragons and wyverns are both legendary reptilian creatures, but they differ significantly in form and lore. A classic dragon—especially in European mythology—is a four-limbed beast with two wings and four legs, often intelligent, capable of speech or magic, and associated with hoarding treasure or guarding sacred places. Wyverns, by contrast, have only two legs and two wings, with their wings doubling as forelimbs, much like a bat's anatomy. This gives them a more birdlike or serpentine silhouette.
