Divided Final PageNicolas sat cross-legged, at the entrance of Freebooter. He'd somehow managed to convince Neal (and by convinced, I mean he flat out hypnotized him) and everyone to hide for the time being. It's times like these, whenever he was alone, or had nothing to do, that he hated the most. Because, he knew he couldn't let his guard down, especially at the sight of the setting sun. Darkness, that's her trump card, when she always struck. This would be different though. He had two options laid out in front of him. He could retreat when Victoria came, regroup and take her down, though that would mean risking Nora and the carnies lives. Second option is that he could try to finish this, right here and now, but, could he honestly reach her alone? Both he and Nathaniel struggled last time they... No, this wasn't like last time... 'We hesitated last time, no way in hell will I make that mistake again. Especially not after everything she's done...' As the sun disappeared from the horizan, Nick stood up
Divided Page 03Tawna walked into Eddy's kitchen with a worried expression on her face, "Hey Eddy... Can I-?"
"Hold that thought," Eddy said before the timer on top of his oven went off like crazy. Turning it off and putting on his mitts, he took out a tray of piping hot cupcakes and put them on the table to cool, "It's weird, Danny usually comes in at this time." when he turned to her, he quickly noticed her expression, "What's wrong?"
"That's the thing, I don't know..." she sighed, "It's Dan... Something is seriously wrong and I don't know what..."
"... It probably has something to do with his family..." Eddy looked to the side and sighed, "I don't know how Danny would react if I told you... But something might've happened back home. He's been trying to call for weeks. I'm actually trying to make him feel better by baking vanilla cupcakes for him..."
"His favourite flavour... That's so sweet Eddy."
"Yeah, where is he now though?"
"In his room. He's talking to some man, who I guess he knows?"
Falling Apart Page 02Daniel stared at his phone as it rang, 'Dad... Dad is calling me... Why is dad calling me?! He never calls me, he won't even talk to me since I left home!' he frowned and looked to the side, briefly considered ignoring the call before he was reminded why he was calling his family, by the wand on his side table. He took a deep breath and sighed before pressing the receive button.
"Hello, is this Daniel Kirkland," immediatly, he knew something was off. A woman was on the other end, and it sure as hell wasn't his mom, "Hello?"
"Um... who is this? How do you even know my name?"
"Oh, I'm a friend of your fathers, we go way back."
"Okay, why do you have his phone though?" he stood up and started pacing antiously. Daniel wasn't liking this, not one bit. He knew his dad and knew very well, you'd have to have a life threatening emegency to use his phone to call one of his kids... Wait... "Is my family in the hospital?!"
The woman laughed on the other end, "Heavens no, they're perfe
Searching For Rocks...Nora sighed again as she looked around. Sand.... Nothing but FUCKING SAND!!! And she's already been searching for 5, GOD DAMN, HOURS!!!! Fuck this twat!!!!
"I'm going to a place worse than hell for that..." Nora grumbled to herself as she continued searching.
She shouldn't be surprised though, Death always struck her as the forgetful type, when it came to his stuff. But... this is a whole new level. And, of course it had to be a common looking thing in a LITERAL sea of commonality. Great job, Death. 10/10.
"I really wish I had help for this..."
Nora sighed once more before looking up to the sky, 'Now that I think about it, Alistair hasn't been acting like himself lately... I suppose I'll ask him when I find this stone.'
"Asuming I ever do..."
After a couple more hours, that Nora will never get back, she picked up a stone praying, to whatever would actually listen to her at this point in her life, that this was the right one. She examined it carefully, turning it over a few times,
Divided Page 02"What happened here?!" a woman with tanned skin, along with red hair and green eyes, wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt shouted.
"We don't know," an officer told her, "there were reports of unsettling noises happening here." he turned to the house, "When we arrived, the house was like this and the family living here was gone. One can only assume-" he turned to see she was gone.
"Nick, we've got a serious problem!" the woman yelled into her phone, "Peter's gone and you want me to calm down?! Him and his family were ambushed last night. It must've been Victoria... Daniel? He's still at Freebooters, somewhere. Right. Alright, I'll call you later." she hung up and sighed, "What are you planning, Victoria...?"
She pulled out a blue diamond from her pocket, "Whitley, Coral. Peter's been taken, you guys need to find each other and hide. I'll meet up with you later." the diamond started glowing and she raised it to the sky. Two light beams shot out and flew off in different directio
Divided Page 01It was Night time in Manchester, England. Everyone was inside at this time having dinner or sleeping while a man with raven black hair and mint green eyes stood outside his house, talking on the phone.
"Is she alright though?" he asked, "It's still around? That's a relief, we'll need it if we want to end this once and for all. And... where's Victoria...? Right... thank you for telling me."
"Peter!" a woman called from inside, "Come inside! Dinner's ready!"
"Coming, love!" Peter called back before turning to his phone, "We'll talk about this later, bye."
At the dinner table, Peter sat down, greeting his wife and three kids. Well, not all of them were kids anymore. His son Raven, having the same features as him was turning 23 and first daughter Hope, with brown hair and eyes was almost 19. Then there's little Jaina, just barely in her teens.
"So," his wife asked, "who were you talking to?"
"Anne," Peter sighed, "you know who it was... He called, saying Eleanora was fine."
