Featured: Academy Soarin'
For My Little Pony fans who love and appreciate Soarin' for who he is as a character, and not just as a shipping accessory.
This is an Open Group: Requests to join are automatically accepted.
Feel free to submit/contribute art; you don't have to be a member to suggest or submit deviations to be added, or to watch the group. Just be sure they adhere to the following:
What we accept:
Art of Soarin by himself.
Soarin' with his teammates.
Soarin' with other ponies.*
Fan-made Soarin' plushies, figures, and/or other artisan works.
What we don't accept:
Romantic shipping. There's already enough MLP Soarin' shipping groups for this purpose. If you want that type of shipping, just join one of those.
* If you're not sure if something is, or is not shipping of this type, ask or check for the artist's intent on the subject before submitting it, or use your own judgement if it is your work. Group images that intend to convey friendly or platonic themes are accepted, as opposed to images that convey more romantic or suggestive themes.
Pornographic or extremely violent, grimdark, or grotesque art. Keep it PG-13; a safer guideline is that if a mature filter is needed on the work, then it shouldn't be submitted here. Current exceptions we've expanded to accept include minor use of strong language.
Journals, writing, or literature such as fanfiction. We apologize, but this group features visual images/art only. (Though, you may include a story of this type in the description of your art piece if you choose.)
Screencaps (print screens), whether they are raw, edited (including filters), or animated.
Other items that don't fall under these categories (or don't yet) are under an admin's reserved right to discretion/judgement call. (Or in other words, we'll cross that bridge when we get there.)
Landmark520 will usually be the person requesting to add your artwork here, while ChainChomp2 usually goes through whatever you submit. Usually.
(If your submission requests expire and you don't receive a response concerning them, whether in the comments of your correspondence/submission notification, feel free to send a note/private message directly to ChainChomp2 instead of a Group note so that there is a greater chance it will be seen sooner.)
