I was speaking to one of those manga scanners and cleaner uppers seeing if i could help but with uni and everything i couldn't afford the time. Anyway he was showing me how he cleans up and offered me some Screentones when i told him i had a manga acccount.

So if you have seen them used maybe its because scannerlators use the same tones, or maybe the actual manga artist does? Who knows i am just greatful to Bee (yeah we did not exchange real names)
