Are you guys adding the stats back in, have you guys seriously thought about widening the combat an armor systems depth, and widening the weapon types?
•Like adding the ability to parry, slash, and stab (with different weapons doing better in differing ways).
•Changing the armor resistance to a multi-DAM threshold system.
(example) a chest piece is impervious to, say, the slashing DAM of a Orkish blade or the blunt DAM of a Ebony mace but not the stabing DAM of a Iron sword or arrow.
•Adding Rapiers, Pikes, Spears, and differing bow and Arbalests classes.
(taking cues from games like Chivalry and Dark Souls, of course)
Sorry for just dumping this shit on you. Is isn't polite, but I can't think of a propper way to communicate such things, and I've been to the Morroblivion site. :/
