EDIT: I decided to change his name up a bit since I noticed there was another character named Rook in this group, and I don't want to cause any mix-ups. As such, I decided to use my brother's role-playing name and have "Rook" be a nickname.

Description:
A somewhat vain ex-student of the Scholars Guild. Because of his incredibly hasty nature, he decided to drop out of his studies because he was only interested in learning one thing: moves and techniques. As a normal type, he had access to a variety of different moves. Once he had the skill set he was satisfied with, he went off on his own to apply to the Trackers Guild. They immediately turned him down due to his lack of humility and... 'vulgar' mannerisms. Regardless, he constantly attempts to find easy, straight-forward routes towards success, even going as far as to show off his moves or battling for entertainment in order to make some quick cash. He currently lives in Nana and Rue's house as Penelope and Lin Lin's roommate.

This is my brother's contribution to the group. Kenneth was originally going to be a Furret, but Linoone seemed to fit this character a lot better... especially since, now that I think about it, the rook chess piece only moves in straight lines, and Linoone pretty much does the same thing. Although Kenneth is quite intelligent, he moves so fast that he tends to leave a lot of stuff behind without turning back, hence his hasty nature. He's not necessarily a rival; more like the annoying older sibling with almost no respect for others and common sense. Almost. The only Pokemon he's nice to is Rue. He doesn't like to admit that up front though.

Kenneth is a personal NPC, but feel free to add him in as a cameo for your own stories so long as you give me credit for him.
