Officer out of uniform

One day during a routine duty, Judy is chasing down a wanted suspect on foot through the streets of Zootopia. The chase is very fast and hectic as Judy is desperate to catch the perpetrator. The suspect then leads Judy through some cluttered alleyways and tight areas hoping to make her slow down and lose her, but nothing at all can stop the most determined bunny in all of Zootopia who takes her job seriously with pride and passion. As Judy chases the suspect through yet another alleyway, she starts to get ticked off of the chase taking longer than she could tolerate that she wasn't aware of her uniform pants suddenly getting snagged on a metal chain link fence she was running closely past. Judy's pants were snagged on the fence real good that they flawlessly ripped clean off of her athletic bunny legs as she kept running with all her muscle. The bunny cop did not notice her pants going missing for she was way to determined and preoccupied on catching her prize to feel the breeze in her legs. With Judy now in her undies and her torn off pants left behind on the fence, the chase went on for another good while with purple fabric and carrot pattern being on show. Finally, Judy has the suspect cornered as she whips out her brand new taser gun and takes aim while shouting orders at her wanted criminal only for the bad guy in question to mischievously point out her little mishap. Even though Judy finally caught her perpetrator at gunpoint, her problems were only getting worse. Now the poor bunny is not sure weather to proceed with the arrest and walk her suspect back to the police station in just her undies ignoring the looks along the way, or if she should terminate the pursuit to go find something to substitute for pants before anyone else sees her carrot patterned underwear which scream cute and loveliness.
