tbh it is an older commission, I like to scroll through my artworks at times, and just try to understand my art style and how to refine it, and this design reminded me, albeit difficult, that actual fur patterns (with diff colours) sure help me a lot to bring more dynamic into my shading, though sometimes it can be more challenging ofc... characters with dark fur, I am still testing too where to start or how to do it, use a lighter gray from the start and then shade, or don't shade and rather light the black fur. Anyway I still love this picture, so I am sharing uvu
