i have photoshop to color, but i don't have a tablet, meaning i have to transpose this to lineart using the pen tool which is just awful, i tried coloring over the original drawing without making it into a lineart but it looks like ass, therefore i am stuck with just black and white pencil drawings, i really want to get a tablet so i can just draw in photoshop and be able to make linearts easier and allowing me to color digitally, but i ain't got the $$$ lol

why don't you try using traditional media to color, then? it costs a helluva lot less, and often turns out much better. :)

the thing is, you can't erase traditional media, in my case all i have is colored pencils, so i screw up once, and the whole drawing goes to hell because i can't erase it.

colored pencils are fine! they're actually excellent for layering, so if you make a "mistake," as long as you're not killing the paper with pressure, you can usually fix the error through layering of colors. no erasure needed!
