Really great man, I can see the effort in this. You went to clean up your lines, you went for two shading techniques, you really pushed the eyes in this one, etc. You are going to grow really fast. Work on your anatomy, watch some tutorials, and I would suggest sticking to cell shading for now, master that, and then work your way up.
