I'll probably go into more detail when I finish my checklist from a while back, but in my opinion, I think Sun and Moon is one of the most fun games to play through during the main story, in the entire franchise. It's either my favorite or my second favorite behind HGSS. However, it has an awful postgame... AGAIN.

The Battle Tree is okay, an improvement from the Maison, but it's far less fun than any Frontier. There are hardly any good places to go train your Pokemon to level 100 besides the Pokemon League, which for me, is one of the big things that keeps me coming back to play a Pokemon Game. Yes, I do shiny hunt a lot, but the two things I enjoy most about Pokemon's postgames are training my Pokemon up to their peak and then either using them online or in a frontier. Honestly, I don't see how hard it would have been to put an area in the game where you could fight high level Pokemon for a lot of EXP post game. Literally any of these:
-Refight all of the Team Skull members in Po Town, who now battle for sport with the disbanding of Team Skull.
-Fight dozens of trainers in a dedicated building in Hau'oli City like the Sports Domes in Nimbasa City in the Generation 5 Games.
-Fight Trial Captains and other trainers in a small hut on Hano Beach like the Battle Cafe in Pokemon Platinum (different trainers on different days)
-Refight all of the Aether Employees at the Aether Foundation.
Instead I have to keep grinding through the Elite Four which to me, is extremely unfun because I can't switch Pokemon out for other ones or take a break after the third trainer to go somewhere else.

I personally they'll be adding stuff like that in an update with the National Dex.

I'm not sure they would do that. Simply because an update would require an online update and I don't see them doing that. They've only ever had updates to patch out bugs but never add anything. The problem would be the people who play with out Wi-Fi connection which while that population is small, it still exists.

I agree. There isn't much of a post game in this either. Doesn't matter how much we seem to scream for it they don't listen. All they would have to do is add a Battle Frontier and literally nothing else and a majority of people would probably be happy.

But anyway, I agree that there needs to be better training spots. I miss being able to rematch leaders and notable trainers

Yeah at the least I would take the training spots, but a Battle Frontier just adds so much playability

It does. They went a step in the right direction with the battle royal but they act more like contests rather than a win streak method.
