Plz... Masuda be the director Pokemon Switch... not that ORAS and Sun and Moon were bad, they were great. But... I would say Masuda's games were much more enjoyable. Plus, most of Masuda's had a decent postgame.

I hope the games will be great, no matter who the director is since they work with huge teams (and that could be bad because the outcome may be messy).
Anyway, I have learnt from the past 2 generations to not expect too much...I've been let down so many times, even for the smallest, silliest, thing, such as adding a line or an (split) evolution, or other things like the increase of the stats...bah, I'm tired of talking about the same things over and over! xD

I do agree! I think the games will be good, and I'm trying not expect too much from that, especially that it seems Nintendo may be rushing the team to aim for a 2018 or early 2019 release. However, there are things I hope for, specifically a postgame where I can easily train my Pokemon up and maybe a Battle Frontier. However, I expect a good solid game regardless. I just would like Masuda to direct the game as he usually fulfills these desires of mine in the games he's directed.

It may be possible but with Ishihara and Tajiri as main supervisors/directors since it's the first trial for Pokémon on the Switch...so that's why I would not keep my hype at high levels, at least, until I have seen the whole Déx! XD

Kinda have to agree here. I was kinda disappointed with most of the 3D games and so far XY was the only one he made for the era. I think it's more likely since he's a veteran member and was working on the switch game.

This reminds me that Satoshi Tajiri has been quiet for a while....

I absolutely agree. It would make sense for him to direct the Switch games, assuming he began developing it just around or before Sun and Moon's release, and Ohmori may only play a smaller part.

Well yeah, I do hope for it, he kinda made modern pokémon, pokémon. if I recall though, Masuda was the producer for Sun and Moon, for ultra however Ohmori was the producer instead.

Please be Masuda for director...

Actually it's the other way around. Ohmori was the director for both S&M and USUM, and Masuda worked as the producer.

Double checking. We're half right. Kazumasa Iwao was the director for Ultra but Masuda was the producer for both.

X and Y is the only one to not have a great postgame, but I can give a little forgiveness to that game because it was the main series' first step into 3D, and every Pokemon at the time did have to be modeled.
