CE April 2020-okaeno

My April 2020 CE assignment for okaeno ! Sorry it took so long, I had computer issues as i was working on it! I actually thought it'd take longer but I'm glad it didn't! I can pm you the original PNG if you want!

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

The prompt was super well written! The writer provided a ton of resources to take insp from and it was easy to get ideas!

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

-When I read that they wanted a migratory animal as their critter I immediately did research on migratory animals! I ended up on the Bohemian Waxwing, which i thought was p fitting since they migrate throughout Eurasia. They're pretty common but i thought their pattern and colors matched the prompt pretty well! I took some creative liberties with the coloration and patterning tho. I tried to incorporate all the elements that were wanted! I don't draw anthros or clothes much, so I hope they turned out decent!

-Their palette were mostly based off that photo of the forest from highwaykind on tumblr! I stuck pretty close to the palette I think. I tried to add the camera to their outfit, but it either covered the patches or looked strange, sorry!

The only original thing I added is that I HC that they're from the UK originally!
