The composition of this piece is so nice! You have a good balance of warm and cool tones here, and I love how you rendered the light shining on the mountain/rock but you didn’t forget to put that same light on some of the birds flying by.
The details in this piece are fantastic - not only the birds but the little bits where you put the show on the mountains, in cracks and crevices, and between the enormous rocks. I noticed, in the bottom left, the rock in the foreground looks a bit more “scribbly” than the rest of the piece. If you wanted to, you could go in and clean that up a bit more to make it appear more realistic (as you did with the rest of the rocks in the foreground, where the shadows are deeper in some spots and it looks more like a rock would). Overall this piece is absolutely lovely, from the foreground, to the focus, to the gray mountains in the background - and I must say, the more I look at that flock of birds, the more I like them! I am so glad you added them to this work! Thank you for creating this amazing landscape!
