Rules for this Milestone

You must have completed:
Survival Milestone

• If doing visual art then each step must depict the main character as a coloured fullbody (80%) and must have a background with depth
• If writing, you must write at least 500 words per step. If there are multiple steps, multiply the number of steps by 50 for a minimum word count
• All steps must be submitted together and should be recognizable or titled to the prompt

Steps

1) Silent Grove

Silent Grove is an area adjacent to Dravis Valley. It is slightly lower in elevation compared to the rest of the valley, to the point where Snapjaws can only see the canopy of trees. Within the forest, it is eerily quiet, beams of light shine through the leaves above. Everything around is purely nature, you only begin to hear a sliver of noise as you approach the Hunterjaw's grounds which is a relatively clear yet rocky area where light shines through the most.. Portray your Snapjaw exploring Silent Grove.

2) Forest Stone

After exploring the mountain, every Snapjaw must bring home a memento that they like to remember the completion of this milestone. Depict your Snapjaw bringing home an item of importance back from the forest.

Steps

1) Norendel Heights

Norendel Heights, it lies at the peak of the mountain where the land flattens out. There is constantly a fog of snow blowing around and the conditions are freezing. Below lies The Valley, a part of the mountain has a large overhang over it. Portray your Snapjaw exploring Norendel.

2) Mountain Stone

After exploring the mountain, every Snapjaw must bring home a memento that they like to remember the completion of this milestone. Depict your Snapjaw bringing home an item of importance back from the mountains.

Steps

1) Settling Down

After their aging day Snapjaws typically move out of their previous homes to find their own. Portray your Snapjaw looking for a new place to settle down.

2) Burrowing

Your Snapjaw has found their dream home, but now they must start building it. Most Jaws like to burrow down into the ground and create small caves, while some prefer to take shelter in smaller caves. Depict your Snapjaw digging up their burrow

2) Home

Their den is finished and adorned with decorations and materials they had found. Depict your Snapjaw's finished burrow with them overlooking it (your snapjaw does not need to be fullbody for this step).

Steps

1) The Forbidden Lands

For every Snapjaw, young or old, they must go through the trial under the eyes of their ancestors in the forbidden lands. It's a secluded area with a dangerous pack of gekros that prey upon the Snapjaws that enter during the night. Portray your Snapjaw or Jawling trying to survive in the Forbidden Lands.

2) The Return

The next morning has come, Snapjaws gather at the gate to the Forbidden Lands awaiting your Snapjaws return. Depict your Snapjaw returning to their homeland.

Steps

1) The Valley

Snapjaw Valley, it is a relatively flat area filled with many types of rock and crystals. Trees are sparse, but the sun shines brightest here, a portion of the valley is covered by the mountains above. To the west Seajaw territory begins and below the valley the Hunterjaw's roam the forest. There are large patches of grass laid out upon the valley land. Portray your Snapjaw exploring The Valley.

After exploring the Valley, every Snapjaw must bring home a memento that they like to remember the completion of this milestone. Depict your Snapjaw bringing home an item of importance back from the valley.
