Hoi, something different. The flash work is a neat idea, it's fun to use, I liked to discover her body and get some surprises.
Not much but maybe the arrows are too low? I have to roll down to get to them after I see the whole image, though my screen has a reasonable size. Just a comfort detail.

The boobs are very well done and her face too. The clothing is pretty cool when close to the body, like the neck thin, the eye patch and everything. I find the sword stuff less solid though.

I wonder why you do the yellow hair (in this paint and the previous previous one). Are you trying to make blond hair? Because it's a french fries color, lol, really. It's looks so artificial. : p
Specially with that skin color.

Another point is the anatomy since you show it off. The parts poping up that are very well executed are certainly the boobs and the face. The open hand is neat aswell. But the lower part of the body gets weak, starting with the belly (strange harsh shadows, the navel is very low), the hips are strange and the volume on the thighs are so that it tells the but is backward and the legs towards, it's not right.
The kness looks wet and swelling, which is a little bit of a problem. Since she has a very dark skin they shouldn't be reddish like white skinned people, they usually a little darker brown, the blood under the skin doesn't show.

It would impede the retraction of the shoulders indeed and we wouldn't see them stick out at all on the back. There are also deep muscles that attach to the inner face of the scapula that connect to the humerus so there needs to be a bit of space. It's not flat as a plank per se but it's not tight fitting against the rib cage either.
