Ok I say it's A Narn Advanced Fast Destroyer. 950 - 1000 meters long. Went into service 20 years after the formation of the ISA just months before Sheridan died. Equipped with artificial gravity provided by the ISA. Narn and Higarian ships are similar long and flat but I group this on my collection with Narn ships  

You decide whose is the ship - Narn or Hiigaran)))))
P/S - I was accuse that this ship of Star Wars!!!
