Great focus! I love how there are several crystals that are almost focused, but one specific one that is centered on.

Nice :)

Highlight the small view and look at it for a bit. Kind of looks like it's underwater :)

Spectacular! Kit lens on backwards eh? I'll have to play with that! Although, I guess my macro lens will probably produce almost the same result at lowest F-stop. Nevertheless - great capture, great color!

Yeah! You can get an adapter so you dont have to handhold it. Costs a 2-5 euros but deffinetly worth it :)

I wish I had a macro lens and a camera, it looks fun shooting in macro =P

So I'm working on a project involving splash screens (those images that pop up while a program loads). I'm also using the project as a way of featuring other deviant's works. Would you mind if I used this one? You'd be credited in the project with a link back to the original, all I need is permission to use it. What do you think?

Thanks. You dont need a macro lense for macro shots. With DSLR you can just detach the kitlense, buy a reverse adapter and plug it in backwards. This allows you to shoot macro shots but the difference is that its only manual mode, which is quite challenging with a cheap plastic lense ;)
