What does it have to do with politics with copyright? DA has violated this principle on many users created BY THEM, not by DA, because DA is a global gallery. And it was artists who created and shaped DA as it is, and DA stole it unceremoniously, without asking if they want it and we want it.

Another thing, now you are getting lost in your testimony, because why do you have a claim on people who protest against AI and on e.g. FA, who do not allow and do not want AI, and you YOURSELF admit that DA, Midjourney etc. they scanned the work of many millions of artists/people and it is in a database that they do not even own, and yet there are works both older and new with a Copyright mark, which was stolen from the site, among others DeviantART and done without the knowledge of the users.
