Description
My Collection of pictures taken December of 2007 on my day trip between Charlotte, NC and Raleigh, NC. This old church stands in the great country area of Rowan County. I found it off Beatties Ford Road.
The colors of the stone used for the walls really attracted me to the site. The overcast day just added to the composition. I'm thinking of doing some post-production work, taking out the signs of technology, powerlines, etc. But I want the church and churchgrounds to be the primary subject of these images.
