Brave Child and the Spooky Woods - Chapter 1

The sun was now up past the horizon as the air gave rise to a new Spring Day, the air still a bit cold from the colder months of Winter. But the townsfolk of Petalgrove, the warmer climate proved more fruitful to future endeavors as the town surrounded by flower fields bloomed with the hues of yellow, white, and occasionally red flowers now rejuvenated from the cold. But even still, Winter had yet to fully release its frigid clutches, the nights still surprisingly cool even as the days began to feel a bit warmer, the evenings still requiring hot cocoa and the beds still needing thick blankets for the cold that remained. But for the Pokémon of Petalgrove, the sunrise marked a new day filled with new opportunities. Shops would open their doors to the morning's commerce while the laborers and craftsmen returned to today's chores.
