How To Lose Belly Fat In 1 Week? It’s indeed possible but it’s easier said than done. So, if you really want to be able to do so, be ready to commit yourself to it.
Here are four ways to get the body you’ve always wanted to have:
a. Get Rid Of Salt

If you want to get rid of your excess tummy, eliminate salt in your diet. It is actually the biggest reason why the body retains water. If you like salty foods, it is more likely for your body to retain water. And this means, you actually gain excess weight and makes your tummy looks bigger than it normally is.

b. Drink Water

Doing this solves two problems. Drinking water throughout the day will allow you to reduce your appetite for food and it can also avoid the retention of water.

c. Eat Your Veggies

It is a good idea to base your food intake on veggies. They are not only low in calorie but vegetables can actually keep you full because of their fiber content. Hence, your body won’t have that much of an appetite throughout the day.

d. Limit Your Carbohydrates

If you really want to get rid of your flabby abs in 7 days, it is a must for you to reduce your intake of carbohydrates. They have high calorie and don’t fill you up accordingly.

e. Get Some Exercise
Dieting is not a sure way to get rid of the unwanted weight. It is still a must for people to be active and burn the calories they already have in their body. So, get your butt off the couch and get some exercise! If you want to focus on your abs, do an upper or lower oblique.
You don’t really have to exercise for long periods of time. Just allot at least an hour for exercise every day and that should do the trick.
