You've captured something really interesting in the model's pose...there's strength, something like a challenge, yet nothing looks forced. Totally loving your recent film work :heart:

Pretty much unfixable.  There's literally one guy on the planet with the tools & parts to repair it (he lives in Texas), and it would cost about as much to fix as it would to replace.  I've found a couple of good kits to replace it on eBay, I'd been shopping for a spare so I could alternate color & B&W more easily, I can replace it for just under $400 but I don't have the cash right now.  :-/
