Been listening to some melodic death metal (In Flames, Undead Corporation) while scribbling this. Kinda messy, but I wanted the raw strokes to prevail. However, it went bad after adding details.

Really great. The vortex thing in the back gives all the power to the scene.

Awesome, I wouldn't say that its bad because of the details, possible adding further details into the foreground and lowing the contrast of the background will bring in more depth to the image. As it stands it's a very nice image though.
