Sira - The Bandits 1 - The Encounter

While moving through the forest near a trade road, Sira the Wild Elf hears commotion.  Yelling from the road draws her attention.  She sneaks closer, hiding in the shrubs, and looks to see what is going on.  She sees a man on his knees begging for his life and several other men, clearly hostile.  Further up the road is an overturned cart and she can see barrels, boxes, and a chest scattered about the road.  Clearly she has come across bandits attacking a trader.  One of the bandits is wearing splint armor, she assumes he is the leader as he is also the one harassing the trader.  As Sira reaches for her bow to intervene the leader takes his blade and runs it across the throat of the trader, blood coating the blade.  Sira is too late to save the man, but she can at least stop these thieves.
