Julia Syrene - The Silver Dragon Woman

A knight of Noble House Syrene, Julia Syrene ispart human and part silver dragon.  Born as a human, over time her draconic ancestry started to assert itself, slowly turning her into the hybrid that she is.  Starting with small silver scales in patches on her skin, and an affinity for simply ice magic the change progressed to the point she is now.  Able to use ice magic to assist her martial skills.
