She is Lord Argen's personal spy. She is his main information source. She chats up, bribes, screws, etc anyone she needs to to get useful rumors and information for Lord Argen. Be it secret business deals, blackmail material, or helping to sway opinion, that is what she does.
I know this is a duplicate comment, but I want to reply to this one as well since this is an older model. This model was done before Kitbashing was added, but is still done entirely in Hero Forge. The technique back then involved using tails curled around with the tips poking out and a decal for the coloration.
Her labia are also tails, and that is a technique I still use.
