Nekotalia from the anime Hetalia. Isn't it just wonderful to see countries portrayed as cats? England kinda looks like a dog though.

EDIT: oops...I forgot that nekotalia isn't the actual countries as cats, but the cats belong to the countries :P also...i think i mixed up the order of the colors of the ribbon on Germouser
