Minister Redlens is a government minister who lost his eyesight after a burn accident. His body is mostly normal, but his eyes and the area around them were damaged, so he now wears red cybernetic goggles that allow him to see through artificial sensors. He looks cheerful and playful, but his past is much darker than it seems.
